where can i buy stained glass panels?


You might try an architectural salvage yard if you are looking for something vintage as opposed to new. There is also a reasonable craft paint "Gallery Glass" that drys translucent and looks like real stained glass and they also have a liquid lead. I've done that on old picture frame glass and hung them in my window. It can be applied vertically or horizontally and should be used indoors and it is remarkably durable.

    Usually there are stained glass studios in your area. You can order the panels or buy studio time and make them yourself. You can try the phone book or ask one of your area craft stores if they know of a studio. One thing to keep in mind, good stand glass is very expensive.

    If you are wanting glass to make stained glass windows you can get it all over the internet. Just search for stained glass.
    If you are wanting actual finished windows it'd be best to find someone in your area who makes them.
